Dear Vendor:

Vendors who are interested in doing business with San Juan County are encouraged to register with the Office of Central Purchasing by identifying those commodities or services for which you wish to be considered. By completing and returning the Vendor’s Application Form, your company will be entered into our new database. Your application will be retained for a period of two (2) years from the date of submittal. At this time, the County will not be assessing a registration fee.

Vendors who submit a completed application form will receive Invitations to Bid and Request for Proposals issued by the County for identified commodities or services. In addition to generating bid and proposal documents, our Buyers frequently use this listing to obtain quotes and purchase items of less than $20,000 in value. Applicants will be responsible for renewing their application in order to remain on the active Vendor List.

Please identify the commodity(s) and/or service(s) for which your company seeks to provide the County. Enter an “x” in the sub-code box designating specific products or services offered. (i.e. Commodity Code 10 – Advertising Services, sub-code 02 – Print Ads). Please note that the Vendor’s Application file is maintained in an unsecured environment.

NOTE: Failure to respond to Invitations to Bid and/or Request for Proposals issued by San Juan County does not jeopardize your vendor standing on the County’s Vendor list. Your application entitles you to receive bid and/or proposal information for two (2) years.
