The purpose of the San Juan County Community Development Department is to provide a dynamic, inclusive plan for the expanding growth of San Juan County, utilizing modern concepts and technology.   A group of professionals providing service to the community through regulations of building codes, rural addressing and land divisions.   The Community Development Department is dedicated to providing infrastructure in an effort to meet the needs of the citizens of the county.
