ARTICLE 9. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES

Any person desiring to subdivide land in the County shall pay the administrative fees set by the County for:

Preliminary plat $ 500 + $ 15 per lot

Final plat $ 0

Summary review plat $ 200

Variance $ 100

Appeal $ 100

Claim of exemption $ 25

Statement of vacation $ 100

Copies of Materials For Interested Persons $ 0.50 per page (or cost for oversize items)

Copies of Subdivision Regulations $ 25
