San Juan County is proud of the community's new Adult Detention Center. This state-of-the-art facility can house up to 1044 inmates and is designed to be operationally efficient with few amenities, while providing secure and humane housing for inmates placed in our custody and care.

Our commitment to San Juan County is to provide professional excellence with respect to taxpayer dollars. As a result, the citizens of San Juan County can be confident that our community is safe and our facilities are secure.
