ACCOMPLISHMENTS
* Completed the Managed Audit with a favorable outcome
* Trained all departments to enter time into GEMS payroll system
* Refinanced the 2003A & B bonds – Issued the 2005 Bonds
* Obtained an upgraded bond rating
* Filed County’s required Bond Continuing Disclosure Undertaking
* Prepared the FY05 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and submitted to GFOA
* Obtained an unqualified or “clean” opinion on FY2005 audit
* Completed the FY07 Interim Budget
* Payroll implemented for Election Workers and Volunteer Firefighters in accordance with IRS regulations
* IHC – fully trained the Claims Processing Clerk as a backup to the IHC Coordinator
* IHC – conducted presentations on IHC process to the Commissioners
