AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR

THE PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES IN A SINGLE

PAYMENT FOR TAXES UNDER TEN DOLLARS ($10)

IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED:

SJC-13-1 Single Payment

A property taxpayer of San Juan County, New Mexico, whose property tax bill is less than Ten Dollars ($10) shall pay the same in a single payment.

SJC-13-2 Time of Payment

The single payment referred to in Section 1, above, shall be due and payable on November 5 of the year in which the tax bill was prepared and mailed.
