The mission of the Marketing & Media Relations Office is to increase community awareness and support of San Juan County, its mission and goals through professional involvement and management of county-wide publications and communications. The Marketing Office strives to create an environment of mutual respect, ethical conduct, freedom of inquiry and expression, and diversity.

To ensure accurate and credible communications and information be provided to the media, citizens, businesses, civic groups, visitors, and other organizations. To market the county in order to receive the most positive response to ensure citizen interest and support as we continue to work towards “Building a Stronger Community”.
