Provides construction code services to the Citizens of San Juan County through issuance of building permits to insure that the safety and welfare of the public is maintained. It is responsible for the issuance of building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits and associated inspection services for the unincorporated areas of the County, as well as the incorporated jurisdictions of Aztec and Bloomfield. Information and downloadable forms were added to the County website to coincide with the introduction of our new tracking software, both of which aid the General Public and Contractors in the area to function more effectively and efficiently.
