Public Surplus Payments Please read this before proceeding to make an online payment.
Public Surplus payments can now be made online by using a credit card (Master Card, Discover, or Am Express only). Master Card.Discover Card.American Express.
- San Juan County uses Official Payments Corporation for their secure third party payment provider to process online payments.
- To make a payment you will need the Auction Number(s) for each item you wish to purchase. This information is provided in the winning bidder's e-mail you received from Public Surplus.com
- Important: All buyers must provide a copy of the Public Surplus E-mail and Payment Confirmation Page when items are picked-up. No exceptions.
- Official payments Corporation charges a convenience fee of 2.5% to process payments via credit/debit card (minimum fee $1). This fee is retained by Official Payments Corporation. San Juan County does not receive any proceeds from convenience fee. You will be able to accept the fee or decline the transaction before your payment is completed.
- Please verify your information before submitting payment. San Juan County Central Purchasing Office is not responsible for payments on the wrong items.
