FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Law Enforcement Responding to Barricaded Subject West of Bloomfield

San Juan County, NM – San Juan County Sheriff’s Office is responding to a barricade subject in a home west of Bloomfield, in the area of Road 5099 off of Highway 64.

The subject has multiple felony warrants for aggravated stalking and has barricaded inside a residence. Law enforcement are currently using less lethal resources to attempt to take the subject into custody. Some of these resources are distraction devices that may resemble the sound of gun fire.
