San Juan County Adult Detention Center is a full-service county operated facility. The Detention Center is responsible for the operations of the county jail as entrusted by the citizens of San Juan County to provide safe, secure and humane housing to all detainees in custody. Court commitments are held for no more than 364 days.
The San Juan County Adult Detention Center is committed to the principles of basic human rights and dignity afforded all persons as embodied in the constitutions of the United States and the state of New Mexico.
