The San Juan County Assessor is committed to serving the property owners of the county by complying with all state statutes and all New Mexico State Taxation and Revenue Department/Property Tax Division Rules and Regulations.

The Assessor will utilize the department budget and available county property valuation program funds to successfully arrive at current and correct property values throughout San Juan County.
