This form is ONLY for complaints regarding properties in the unincorporated parts of San Juan County, New Mexico and regarding violations of County Ordinances.

Complaints in city or town limits will be ignored. Complaints must be placed with the municipality having jurisdiction.
You may submit a complain anonymously, however, if the information is incomplete and we are unable to contact you for more information, the complaint will be dropped.
Code Compliance Officers work Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm and will not investigate complaints outside of normal business hours. If contact is necessary, it may take a week or more.
