2019 SARA III Tier II Reporting

The San Juan County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) would like to remind you to file 2019 SARA III Tier II Reports before March 1, 2020.

Tier 2 Submit 2019 Software

Questions and answers regarding Tier 2 reporting can be found at the Environmental Protection Agency and the New Mexico Department of Homeland Security & Emergency Management.


San Juan County only accepts electronic Tier2 Submit 2017 submissions (must be in .t2s format) via email. Send submission to the LEPC at arye@sjcounty.net, the Farminton Fire Department at bvega@firenet.org, and the Farmington Hazmat Department at farmington.hazmat@gmail.com.

  • The San Juan County LEPC receives no operational funding.
  • LEPC activities are supported through your contributions.
