Fitness Reimbursement Program

Employees are eligible for up to $200 in reimbursement for using qualifying gym or fitness program memberships. 

• Employee must be employed at least 6 months and submit proof of attendance. 
• For gym eligibility forms and requirements, contact Pam, Benefits Specialist.
• Policy is in the Employee Handbook on pages 31, Section 12.8.
